On November 24th, the launch event for the "Technical Code for Corrugated Steel Sheet Composite Frame Structures" successfully concluded in Shanghai.

The CS-Frame Columns and CS-Frame Beams (Jaguar System) invented by OPEN utilize a combination of corrugated steel sheets and four-corner square tubes welded together. Concrete is then poured into these components to form new composite elements, eliminating the need for formwork and scaffolding while also replacing rebar. These elements offer the high load-bearing capacity, durability, low cost, and good fire resistance of concrete, combined with the ease of installation and strong seismic performance of steel structures, making them a more efficient new type of frame structure.

From the initial concept to project implementation, OPEN's "Jaguar System" did not take long to materialize. After three years, hundreds of tests, and more than ten evaluation meetings, as well as implementation in 12 projects covering approximately 600,000 square meters, the code has finally been issued and published.

The approval and release of the code mean that the "Jaguar" prefabricated frame system will no longer require special review procedures and can be directly used in design. This marks a new milestone in the development of OPEN! The company will continue to innovate and create more value for its customers.
