  • 1998 Open Steel Structure was established in Pudong, Shanghai, initially known as Datu Steel Structure.
  • 2000 Took over the management of the third division of Shanghai General Metal Structure Engineering Co., Ltd.
  • 2004 Open Truss Company was founded, setting up the first truss manufacturing factory in Wuqiao Town, Fengxian.
  • 2006 Open invested in Lanke Seismic Reduction and began cooperation with Tongji University.
  • 2008 Merged with the Songjiang factory of Baosteel Construction.
  • 2009 Open's Jinshan factory, covering 20,000 square meters, was completed and put into operation.
  • 2010 Fully acquired Baosteel Group's Xinxi Plate and swapped shares with "FastLink" becoming its second-largest shareholder.
  • 2011 Hubei Open was completed and put into operation, covering 155 acres with a 25,000 square meter factory.
  • 2012 For two consecutive years, Open's sales exceeded 500 million RMB, undertaking projects covering more than 1 million square meters annually.
  • 2013 Open's registered capital increased to 60 million RMB, achieving second-level specialization in steel structure.
  • 2015 Obtained first-level qualification in steel structure engineering. Open Steel Structure (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established.
  • 2016 Open's General Contracting Division was established. The GLP Liuyang Logistics Park A3 warehouse, constructed using Open's developed "Lift-Up Building System," was completed, receiving acclaim from clients and industry professionals as Asia's first lift-up building.
  • 2017 Open's "JieYue" building system was implemented in the Yunda project in Ningbo and gained attention at the 2017 Asia Building Industrialization Expo. Obtained general contracting qualifications the same year.
  • 2018 "JieYue" System 2.0 passed expert review and was implemented in various projects including Yangshan Port and Tonghua.
  • 2019 Open led the industry standards "Technical Regulations for Corrugated Steel Composite Frame Structures" and the national standard atlas "YouLi Composite Slab" were officially initiated; construction of Open's Nantong factory began.
  • 2020 "Technical Regulations for Corrugated Steel Plate Composite Frame Structures" and "YouLi Removable Mold Composite Floor" were published; Open's Nantong factory was put into operation.
  • 2021 The Shell System won the first prize in the "Shanghai Industry-University-Research Cooperation" and was among the first to be recognized as a Shanghai Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base.
  • 2022 Continued R&D of innovative products like the Rod Shell Column, CS-Frame Wall; Open Construction obtained first-level general contracting qualifications; completed 3 million square meters of engineering projects.
  • 2023 The "CS-Frame Wall Structure Technical Regulations" draft for comments was published; Open embarked on overseas market expansion; "Open Building Structure Experience Hall" was opened.
  • 2024 Open commenced its journey into overseas market expansion, aiding Chinese enterprises in global industrial layout. Under the "Industrial Upstairs" model, it fully leveraged the advantages of the CS-Frame System to contribute to the high-quality development of the industry.
